Refund/Cancellation Policies

Kashshops.com is committed to 100% customers satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 2 days of delivery date* – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

• Before return! Email us on customerservice@kashshops.com with mentioned your problem with you purchase with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective or damages in shipping, we’ll issue a prepaid return shipping label. In all cases, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the return using the carrier of his/her choice.
• We do not accept any returns after 3 days from ship date.
• If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within one day of delivery and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
• To cancel an order, please contact Kashshops.com as soon as possible. If you order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back from you and processed them at our warehouses.
• All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
• Customers can get a refund in case of:
  •     Delivery of damaged or defective goods.
  •     Items lost in transit.
  •     Products not meeting buyer expectations.
  •     Improper colour, size or fit of the product.
  •     Delivery of fake used or expired goods.
  •     Product not matching with the product description.
  •     Non-delivery of freebies or combo goodies.
• Delivery charges will deduct a before refund in any cases.
• If the product is out of stock after placing your order, so we can cancel your order from our side.
• How do returns work?
  • You can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:
  • Log into your Kashsops account
  • Go to Need Help >> Click on right side “Click Here” link.
  • Click on Add Ticket to generate the ticket.
  • Must Enter the Order Number and “Return” text in subject field.
  • Must fill the details and reason for return.
